Abstract
If the argument of the previous chapter is accepted, then it should come as no surprise that these different institutional styles will look to different kinds of software with which to provide themselves with support for their peculiar contribution to the process of governance and judgment, worry about differently and have different aspirations for each of the principal kinds of software available to them.
