Abstract
The conclusion offers a brief look at the work of Cui Zi’en, whose output is both localised and transnational. The chapter suggests that Cui’s work, whose unconventionality and complexity highlights the questions of representation, forms a significant part of the wider network of New Queer Sinophone Cinema.
