Abstract
The seventh chapter investigates the critical attitudes toward the Islamic capitalism and neo-Islamic bourgeoisie. The main argument of this chapter is that especially, new generation’s uncritical integration into the capitalistic lifestyles and consumerism caused dissent and stratification among Muslims, including a group called “Anti-Capitalist Muslims.” It seems that the future of the neo-Islamic bourgeoisie will be somehow shaped by the dialectical discussions between the proponents and opponents of the new lifestyles.
