Abstract
Specific reasons why learning agility is a critical success factor for organizations today are introduced. Previous studies on how fostering learning agility has been beneficial are described. These studies include coauthor Gravett’s ongoing research with clients for whom she consults. This research details how critical each of the four dimensions of learning agility is for an organization’s long-term success.
