Abstract

Public policy intervenes at different levels, macroeconomic, employment, resource and factor availability, education and training. The SME support public policy is analysed at those different levels in the USA and the EU and in selected countries or regions: UK, Andalucia in Spain, the Netherlands, Finland, Japan, South Korea, and China.
