Abstract

Green Company, a well-established and highly respected insurance company with a long history in its industry, decided to replace a legacy system with a new, customized computer administration system. This set in motion a company-wide transformation project for Green, which was named Project A.1 Project A would eventually impact every department and functionality in the global organization and more than 1000 people at a projected cost of $75–$100 million over two to three years.
