Abstract

Rapid change can tempt organizations into rapid action. Demands to quantify and report amplify this. In a volatile world, time out is crucial—and from it springs creativity. As we expand our horizons into larger timeframes and explore emerging futures, we get a stronger sense of what really matters. Which practices and tools can support people to see the big picture?
