Abstract
The thesis of this chapter will be that ethical defense of markets by Austrians, including Kirzner, is in fact in large part (though certainly not completely) based on a flawed assumption of the equal possibility of all individuals to choose freely. It follows that a corresponding number of Austrian conclusions are equally flawed.
