Abstract

The Grand Duchy of Luxemburg, situated between Belgium, France and Germany, is a constitutional monarchy, the hereditary sovereignty being in the Nassau family, in conformity with the Pact of June 30, 1783, and Article 71 of the treaty of Vienna of June 9, 1815, and the first Article of the Treaty of London on May 11, 1867.
