Mulai-Abd-el-Aziz, born February 24, 1878, sou of Sultan Mulai-Hassan; succeeded on the death of his father, being proclaimed Sultan in the Sherifian Camp June 7, 1894; his son, Prince Hassan, was born July, 1899.
