Abstract
The morphological and kinematical properties of optical emission-line jets and related collimated “optical” flows from young stellar objects are reviewed. Some recently obtained high-quality CCD images are displayed to illustrate the morphological properties of these flows and their associated bow-shock like structures. The available data on the driving sources of these flows are also reviewed.
