Zusammenfassung

Die Schub-Flächen-Diagramme von äthoxilierten Octadecanolderivaten werden durch Änderungen der Wassersubphasen-Struktur durch zugesetzte Salze beeinflußt. Der Salzeinfluß ist parallel zur Hoffmeister-Ionenreihe, die parallel geht zur spektroskopisch bestimmten Änderung der Wasserstruktur. Die Experimente zeigen, daß Grenzflächen am Wasser sich einordnen in ein allgemeines Modell wäßriger Systeme.
