Abstract
The viscosities of water-AOT-carbon tetrachloride reverse micelles have been measured at 20°C for various AOT and H2O concentrations and molar ratio [H2O]/[AOT] ranging from 0 to 10. — It is shown that an appropriate analysis of the data allows a separate evaluation of the contribution, due to solvation from that due to the micelle shape to the viscosity of the solutions.
