Abstract

The method of simultaneous analysis of multiple fluorescece decay curves, also referred to as global fluorescence analysis, is presented. By taking into account existing relationships among the various decay curves, the method allows better parameter recovery and model testing, compared to the usual single curve analysis. The application of the method, using simulated fluorescence decays, in micellar systems is discussed.
