Abstract
Crystalline structures built by amphiphilic molecules in presence of water are different from classical molecular crystals. We present here an approach to these systems, structures formed by films of amphiphiles, which leads to consider them as crystals of defects, disclinations.
Extended abstract, a guide to the published works at the basis of the oral presentation given at the Conference.
