Carbonaceous thin films

Abstract

Carbonaceous thin films prepared by ionizing radiation from organic contamination or pure monomers reveal various compositions and physical properties. An attempt was made to review development in this field, and to show how its improved technologies now allow controlled tailoring of particular features of the films.
