Thermally stimulated currents in thin 1,4-cis polyisoprene filsm

The TSC (thermally stimulated currents) method has been applied to study the trap structure of thin 1,4-cis polyisoprene films. The obtained spectra in the temperature range 100K-350K have been analyzed numerically by fitting Gauss distributions to TSC peaks. Five groups of traps of the energy depths 0.43, 0.46, 0.50, 0.66 and 0.77 eV have been distinguished.
