Surfactant adsorption on minerals related to flotation

Abstract

Theoretical aspects of mineral flotation in particular the adsorption of flotation reagents at the mineral-water interface, were reviewed in 1959 for the last time. Several papers have been published since on this topic. The aim of this chapter is to survey recent publications that have contributed to the development of the flotation theory.
