Abstract

These are the notes of three lectures given at the Summer Institute in Theoretical Physics at the University of Karlsruhe, July 1969. The basic principles of current algebra are discussed, and their application to weak interactions. No claim is made to give an exhaustive survey, and certain topics have been deliberately omitted with reference to other lectures. Many of the preliminary concepts to this discussion have been explained in further detail in the lectures of S. Gasiorowicz.
