Abstract
The data model described, GENREG, was developed at the National Museum of Denmark for their distributed multi-media database, in which details of the Museum's artifacts are represented. GENREG is a historic data model and is based on event graphs. The model's formal semantics is defined using the AQUA object model and algebra.
