Abstract
The type of I–V characteristics can serve for the determination of the type of contacts as well as fordetecting an ion component in the conductivity. The dyes investigated by us, conventionally classified as type A on the basis of the above deductions, have a purely electronic conductivity, while the B type dyes have an ion component in their conductivity.
