Abstract

The present work illustrates the importance of the application of thermal analysis in various fields of mineral technology, including the industrial chemical processing of minerals, manufacture of refractories, ceramics, glass, cement, mineral synthesis and metallurgical processes. Selected examples of applications in this field are given.
