Abstract

This chapter discusses in detail the research approaches and design applied to conduct the research. It also discusses the sample, the data sources as well as the data analysis techniques applied. Research samples were taken comprehensively that represented the population in Malaysia based on gender, ethnicity, level of education, generation age marital status etc. The data was divided into five regions based on the states in Malaysia. A total of 2,245 samples were collected but only 1,975 qualified for further analysis after a screening process. Data analysis techniques including reliability and validity tests for every construct have been presented. Results from the multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) have also been discussed at the end of this chapter.
