Abstract

Controlling the null position with steering capability is a building block of antenna beam-forming. In this paper, flower pollination algorithm (FPA) is used to position or steer single and multiple nulls in the desired directions with control over the corresponding sidelobe level (SLL). The simulation-based experimentation is carried out in MATLAB and results are presented in terms of rectangular radiation pattern plots for every case.
