Abstract

A general method is proposed for calculating the probabilistic and temporal characteristics of a walk through a complex semi-Markov process, formed by combining M ordinary semi-Markov processes, based on the fact that a semi-Markov matrix is transformed into a characteristic matrix, which is raised to a power, then the degrees of the characteristic matrix are summed.
