Abstract

In the 13th FYP period, China’s transition from demographic dividend to human resource dividend is a major trend. Facing the “dual challenge” of economic transformation and upgrading and economic restructuring, it is increasingly urgent to improve human resources by accelerating education structural reform. During the said period, to deepen education reform needs to promote the orderly opening of education and “de-administration” in universities and boost the adjustment of education structure, initially forming the structure of talent supply that adapts to economic transformation and upgrading.
