Abstract

When electronic equipment is cooled by air cooling technology, uniform air supply should be realized based on device temperature uniformity and temperature requirement. By analyzing the flow resistance and energy of the air supply pipeline, the mathematical model of uniform air supply pipeline is established, and the orifice area of the air supply pipeline is calculated theoretically to obtain the orifice size. According to the theoretical calculation of the size of the orifice, a simulation model is established to simulate the uniform air supply in the pipeline. Simulation results show that the maximum difference between simulation value and theoretical value of orifice flow is 3.4%, and the calculation model of uniform air supply is feasible and accurate, which can provide reference for uniform air supply design of similar pipelines.
