Abstract
[Editor’s Note] Mr. Li Buyun, the author of the book, reviewed the formation process and major achievements of the 1982 Constitution with his personal experience. He believes that the current Constitution has reflected the ideological guideline of seeking truth from facts upheld by the Party and the state over the past three decades of reform and opening-up.
