Abstract
This histopathological image of the resected specimen (HE stain) showed moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma with obvious interstitial infiltration. Invasion of the muscularis mucosa by carcinoma was noted in the area in which Type B2 blood vessels were observed (Fig. 13.3).
