Abstract
To study the lock problem in the frontal collision test on a kind of mini vehicle’s sliding doors, this paper performs stress analysis on the lock mechanism of the sliding doors, and puts forward improvement methods. Through the theoretical calculations and frontal collision tests, this paper has verified the effectiveness of the improvement methods, and it provides the theoretical reference for the new vehicle models in the design stage.
