Abstract

Various kinds of services such as systems integration services, outsourcing services, and cloud computing services, are performed in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industries. However, such services remain within the realm of Goods-Dominant Logic (GDL) because their purpose is to provide ICT functions such as computing power and telecommunication operations. It is rare for value co-creation to occur between vendors and customers in these services.
