Abstract

Everybody wants to live 100 years old with health. This book starts from introspection on materialistic discourse of drug products and then social medicine as a new hope is introduced in the world for the first time, based on the premise that “people are health prosumers.” As such, a paradigm shift should bring from drug to social medicine.

The new concept of social medicine logically and practically leads to therapy of social medicine. Therapy of social medicine is boundless via horizontal and vertical differentiation.

Each government in the world needs to develop structures of social medicine aiming to help local authorities to use their resources effectively, and thus local governments should establish the long-term planning on therapy of social medicine for mature life with healthy aging.
