Abstract

Therapy of social medicine is a methodology, while social medicine is general remarks. As such, SM therapy is defined as all the intervening events or activities including health and illness behavior for health management and improvement.

SM therapy is a formula of hope for humanity with both horizontal differentiation and vertical differentiation. Such being the case, “the world of social medicine” will naturally appear as a whole if the horizontal and vertical differentiation of SM therapy should be successfully achieved in the future.

Although SM therapy is boundless, here I focused on “4 + 2 system.” On the eve of era for the “Healthy 100 Years Old,” 4 means diet, body, stress, and facial image control and 2 for evacuation (−) and filling (+) methods which originated from CAM. In addition, CAM-derived SM therapies were introduced elaborately for the individuals and community concerned.
