Abstract

Following the introduction to the background information of knowledge-based decision support systems (KBDSSs), this chapter presents the development of the KBDSS for ERM in CCFs. This KBDSS intends to assess the ERM maturity, visualize the ERM maturity assessment results, provide action plans for improving ERM practices along the maturity continuum, and generate a printable ERM maturity assessment report.
