Abstract
This last chapter summarizes the key findings of the book and highlights the theoretical and practical contributions, limitations, and recommendations of this study for future research. The study provides recommendations for international firms to account for cross-cultural influence on quality performance as perceived by their business partners in the host country. It also provides guidance on the application of the quality management assessment model (QMAM) by drawing on the different service quality performance indicators that have also been developed correspondingly in this study.
