Abstract
This chapter attempts to remind readers that there are many non-“dialectical” levels (or dialectical scale as shown in the crab and frog motion model) to understand ocean governance, to be preceded by a brief discussion of ontology and epistemology.
Various models were presented, so as to inspire and enable readers to apply them, if and when necessary.
