Abstract
The Socialist Movement and the National Democratic Liberation Movement dismembered the colonial system of Western imperialism, but capitalism, the traditional dominant force in world politics, and the white West, have not ceased to exist. Instead, they have changed the form of political struggle to maintain its two-century dominance, one of which is the construction of the so-called international regimes, and what is more important is to replace the white superiority of the cultural doctrine with the universal value of the liberal democracy.
