Abstract
Professor Shuxian Ye, Zhi Yuan Chair Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and doctoral supervisor at the School of Humanities, successively served as the Director of Comparative Literature Research Center at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and Researcher at CASS Institute of Literature, Vice President of Chinese Folk Literature and Art Association, President of Chinese Mythology Society, Vice President of Chinese Comparative Literature Association, President of Chinese Literary Anthropology Research Society and member of the expert panel of the National Social Science Fund of China.
