Abstract
At present, societies are classified as information and knowledge societies, where human beings have easy access to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), which have transformed all areas of the life of human beings. The educational field is not an exception. It requires a methodological, didactic, organizational, curricular, training, spatial and temporal rethinking from an innovative perspective based on the incorporation of new trends and emerging technologies that facilitate communication to develop skills and skills to read, write, listen and speak in different languages, as is the case of the English language. In this study, it is considered that it is a crucial factor in the development of the teaching process of the English language, the articulation of didactic and technological resources to boost this process. Therefore, a manual of articulation of educational and technological resources is proposed that allows the dynamization of the learning process of the English language, from new tools for the development of competences in the language, from the problems identified with the field investigation. The application and evaluation of the proposal allowed corroborating the relevance of the proposal.
