Abstract

In the research work, two-level full factorial design with Box-Cox transformation has been employed for the investigation of EDM conditions on surface roughness during the machining of Hastalloy C-276. The pulse on time, gap voltage, peak current and tool motion have been considered as EDM conditions. The pulse on time has been found most significant EDM condition that affects the surface roughness.
