Abstract
In each legal system Copyright is intended as the right(s) of the author on its literary and artistic creations as recognized and sanctioned by law. A right granted by statute to the author or originator of certain literary and/or artistic productions, of which he/she is invested, for a specific time frame, with the sole and exclusive privilege of reproduce copies of the same, modifying, publishing and selling them.
