Experimental Study of the Millimeter Wave Range Receiver

Abstract

A study of the millimeter wavelength range receiver are presented. A description of the circuit features and results of field tests of a radio signal mixer and a logarithmic detector is given. The conversion characteristic and frequency response of the sensitivity of the logarithmic detector are given, as well as the dependence of the mixer conversion loss on the signal frequency.
