Abstract

In this thesis, the PMN-PT ferroelectric single crystal is taken as the research object, and the new application of ferroelectric materials in the field of information technology is explored. Based on the excellent pyroelectric properties and ferroelectric properties of PMN-PT single crystals, several types of prototype devices have been developed with ingenious structural design.
