Abstract
Information communication infrastructure, the internationally recognized strategic public infrastructure, plays a key role in facilitating digital society construction and digital economy development. With the acceleration of IT development, network infrastructure tends to witness a high speed, total coverage, and intelligence. All countries are deploying the new-generation network infrastructure to occupy a commanding height in the international economic and technical competition of the information era.
