Abstract
This chapter concentrates on investigating the policy analysis on the construction of a new think tank with Chinese characteristics in China’s colleges and universities. A new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics is a non-profit research and consulting institution with strategic issues and public policies as its main research objects and the purpose of serving the party and government in scientific, democratic, and law-based decision-making.
