Abstract

In this paper, an invisible color image watermarking technique has been developed as a copyright protection tool. This proposed scheme embeds a color watermark into a color cover image. Maximum watermark data is implanted into the most informative region and the amount of hidden data gradually decreases with lesser informative regions. The fragmentation of regions according to their business is performed through a phase congruency based feature map, followed by the generation of an intelligent hiding capacity map. The experimental results can show that this adaptive data embedding process is able to deal with the tradeoffs among imperceptibility, robustness, and data hiding capacity.
