Abstract

The comparison of the ordering process in FePd/Ag films during annealing in vacuum and hydrogen atmosphere was carried out. It is shown that annealing in hydrogen leads to acceleration of ordering process, as well as to formation of films with anisotropic magnetic properties and smooth surface, which are required for the data storage application.
