Effect of Growth Conditions on Structural and Optical Properties of SnS2 Thin Film

Abstract

Effect of growth conditions on structural and optical properties of SnS2 thin film was investigated. It was shown, that samples deposited at substrate temperature of 573 K have SnS2 single phase structure. It was also determined that optical band gap of the SnS2 decreases with the film thickness.
