Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of reliability simulation test, the extraction of finite element simulation results was studied in this paper. Using SIEMENS NX software as the application platform, the finite element simulation module was used to perform thermal analysis, structural static analysis and random response analysis on the reliability simulation model. The result of the calculation of the specified point was taken as the target to extract. In this paper, the requirements analysis and overall design of the application were firstly carried out, and then the functional modules were designed in detail. Finally, under the secondary development framework provided by NX Open, with the help of the secondary development tools, the user interaction interface and the module functions of the application were realized by writing source program files. After the actual test, the application could complete the task of automatically extracting the results of the simulation calculation correctly to meet the design requirements.
