Abstract
This chapter focuses on providing a summary of the main contents which have been elaborated in five previous chapters of the monograph. Through theoretical and practical premises, the author has drawn conclusions on the characteristics of the STI system in Vietnam, identified the weaknesses, and proposed policy recommendations to facilitate the development of STI in Vietnam.
